This is version 3.
It is not the current version, and thus it cannot be edited. The SEEK Calendar is current maintained as the PBISeek calendar with Yahoo 
FYI: I am considering implementing the next release of UWCalendar for SEEK calendaring and meeting planning. They are gradually building a solution that meets these requirements. We could also consider using the CalendarPlugin for JSPWiki for a less robust (short term) solution.
