+ Data provider selects conepts from his data source and concept provided through SEEK and introduces a relationships between the 2 to map the concpets. Other users of SEEK will then see the relationships of this concept to any others to which it has been related.

+ * The user must have permission to write to the SEEK system database
+ * SEEK must be able to return concepts to the user

+ # A data provider select a concept from his data source.
+ # SEEK system returns set of concepts related to the one selected by the data provider (may require user to enter criteria on which to search the system).
+ # User creates mapping relationships between his concpet and those he deems appropriate.
+ # Relationships made available to SEEK system.
