Is a 1 week intensive workshop held at UNM for early career faculty in biology, ecology and related fields. The course is designed to have early career faculty incorporate ecoinformatics in their teaching portfolio. Topics include: Ecoinformatics concepts and tools. The training is part of a National Science Foundation funded Research Coordination Network project, entitled the Science Environment for Ecological Knolwedge (SEEK). The SEEK project is a five year initiative designed to create cyberinfrastructure and educate the ecological community about ecoinformatics.
