- What are Taxon requirements for GUIDs? Who specifies rules, implements business logic and issues guids? Does GBIF have an architecture? Distributed vs centralized GUID server? Important in merging data.
- Differentiate between guids for name, concept, specimens, publication? Jessie says we must treat them as different things
