Completed Tasks/ Bugs Fixed
* We (Haowei and I) have just made available for download a PC version of the WhyWhere software (http://biodi.sdsc.edu/ww_home.html) - datamining for ecological niche models - Son of GARP.
* We also, thanks to Bing, put my entire dataset on the SRB. The distribution contains a subset of the data. Now that Bing is back we will be exploring ways to make the larger dataset available to WhyWhere, and will start looking into ways the ecogrid project can be used for this.

!! Dave Thau
Completed tasks/bugs fixed
* Got Steve's LDAP authenticator working.

Current Work and Bugs
* Working on bug #1597 - Now that I've gotten Steve's thing working, it needs to be integrated with the taxon server, and with the LSID system. I've written to the Kansas folks about either helping install that stuff, or providing good directions on how to do so.

Significant issues
* I'm taking a month off, starting on Thursday - except for a conference call with the SEEK group, which I'll do whenever it is. I'll be contactable via email intermittently during July, and I'll be back in the swing of things on August 1st.
