- Finished propogating data model changes throughout the code to handle returning either fully defined concepts (with relationships) or incompletely defined concepts (bug 1647).
- This included defining 2 new relationship classes, and abandoning some unnecessary classes (bug 1677).
- Modified the CConcept class to more closely align it with the Taxonomic Information Exchange Schema (version 0.8). Propogated changes throughout code.
- Algorithms were modified to test equality of new members.
- Minor refactoring was done to simplify the CConcept-related objects.

- Tests for algorithms must be modified to match the new CConcept members
- The parser for enterProviderData has been modified to handle the newest version of the schema. This schema should be relatively stable, so no additional changes are yet planned. The parser is not completed, but at this point, all tests run successfully.

- Add resulting data to database using enterProviderData API

- I have been working mainly on Growl paper and completed the first draft.
- In the process of systematic description of owl to growl mapping several bugs and one big design glitch were discovered. I had to fix the glitch by rewriting part of rendering code. Most of the bugs, though were in Rich’s domain
