Current tasks / bugs

  • get the metadata right for the metacat lsid server
  • write a flexible deployer for the metacat lsid server

Significant issues

  • not being able to reboot the tomcat on the dev server is kind of a pain.

Completed tasks / bugs fixed

  • Made object model changes to follow version 0.85 of TCS more closely (bug 1670).

Current tasks / bugs

  • Modify database to support object model changes.
    • Move ITIS data to new database
    • Add additional data (MSW) to new database
  • Modify parser to support version 0.85 of TCS

Rich Williams

Completed tasks / bugs fixed

  • Fixed eml2rdf utility to work with the recent changes in the ontologies

Current tasks / bugs

  • Adding comments to the ontologies and writing a description of their design
