Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• Processed Alan Weakley's Flora of North Carolina
• Parsing out taxon concepts & relationships from Waekley's Oringinal PDF manual script
• Cleaning the parsing result
• Developed concept mapping tool for Weakley to add, delete and edit concept relationships

Current tasks / bugs

• Improving mapping tool based on the feed-backs of Weakley through the use of the tool
• COnverting FNA concepts into TCS

Serguei Krivov

• Code for TBox, ABox view has been rewritten, fixed
• minor bug fixes in rendering code

• grapling with Jena memory allocations bugs
• contemplating design for collaborative ontology editor

Significant issues

• Perhaps with addition of filters global ABox, TBox, hierarchy view are not useful anymore?
