Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• Journal paper revisions/replies/formatting done and submitted.

Current tasks / bugs

• Finalising visualisation to read xml only
• Investigating museum data (MANIS) version of visualisation
• need to discover how much data I need per specimen (smaller the better for memory footprint). As specimens are unique to each museum (can't be shared like taxa), the number of specimens is cumulative across all collections (currently 900,000+)

Dan Higgins

Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• Basically completed first cut at 'RExpression' actor, a simple method of inserting R scripts into a Kepler workflow. Several example workflows also insereted into Kepler CVS
• Created an actor which calculates omission/commission values from a GARP output ASCI grid file, given a set of 'test' locations. An example workflow which puts this information in a local file was also created.
• Fixed a number of actor bugs related to use with the new CVS version of Ptolemy

Current tasks / bugs

• Currently, beginning effort to create an alpha6 version of Kepler installer.
• Working on continuing GARP workflow to include multiple runs and selection of 'best' subsets.
