Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• Created a server side proxy operation of pgm_cut for whywhere application
• Designed a Kepler application with David Stockwell and Efrat Frank for Whhwhere data.

• SRB Authentication operation for Ecogrid service

Xianhua

Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• Finished the first cut of the document about SEEK-Taxon tools(see Nico's email to the group)
• Finished the name lists scaned and recognized from Isely's and Rollins's Books

Current tasks / bugs

• Working on the system analysis & design documents of some of the tools proposed in our overview document.
• Comparing Isely's and Rollins's names with that of USDA 2003 and John Kartesz

Completed tasks / bugs fixed

• made the metadata on metacat lsid server nicer
• wrote, but haven't fully tested code to deal with non-EML records in metacat

Current tasks / bugs

• test out how the non-EML records in metacat are working
• load test the lsid server and see what's happening with tomcat on the dev machine
• generate lsids for the taxon folks once they identify relevant taxa

• Created new database for TOS version 1.1.0 (bug 1789)

• Fix TCS version - deciding between v0.86 and v0.88. Differences are minor and not impeding development (bug 1760)
• Add ITIS data to v1.1.0 database (bug 1790)
• Test TOS object model changes with full db (bug 1761)
• Test parser changes with full db (bug 1617)
