Intended audience

This document is intended for SEEK and Kepler developers. It is a DRAFT DESIGN DOCUMENT and does not reflect functionality as it currently exists in Kepler or SEEK. Comments and feedback are appreciated.

Introduction

This document serves as the "jumping off point" for ontologies created and published by the SEEK project. We divide the ontologies into those that are official (which we call "Published") and those that are unofficial, being either in a draft state ("Draft") or whose development has stopped ("As-is"). Published ontologies are available within Kepler. Draft ontologies are targeted to become published.
