  • Tested websphinx crawler java API for harvesting concept data

Nico Franz

Current tasks / bugs

  • Continuinf to refine the list of Code-prescribed relationships among taxonomic names for the TCS.
  • Assisting in the process of recruiting another domain scientist to participate in the BEAM mammal use case.

Significant issues

  • We found a new software application "DoubleTree" (see http://www.cs.umd.edu/hcil/biodiversity/) that performs tasks very similar to those we envision one of our major tools to perform. I truly hope that the SEEK Taxon "upper-level" management will follow up on this find.

Jing Tao

  • Bug1889 EML2 data source actor need handle mutiple data entity
  • Change Metacat Ecogrid production note to factory patthern
  • Did new replication from KNB metacat to Ecogrid metacat and some tunning on db
  • Upload South American Hydro1k data to metacat

  • Bug 1189 add full support for EML2 comple textFormat in EML ingestor
