- Jessie: Martin will remotely drive a demo of tool through Live Meeting or some similar technology. Worked well when Aimee and Martin traded control of the desktop back and forth.
- Demo with Laura and Jim at UNM, Martin, Jessie in Edinburgh - December sometime. Very high level - maybe 4 or 5 people.
- Jim will get 3-5 collection managers (preferably 5, including Don).
- Laura will get training lab.

- Mammals - bats chapter - 2715 entries, Nico would like to pick 1-2 families for 300 or so entries. Have 1993 bats from Jones, Nancy Simmons(?) 1996 bats. Nico will be data provider and tool tester. Nico has 1993 and 1996 bats data in Excel files
- ConceptMapper can import from Excel
- Nico then can then use ConceptMapper to create relationships
- ConceptMapper then export to TCS
