Objective

Review and revise the documentation for the Kepler system to prepare it for a 1.0 release.

Pre-workshop deadlines:

Technical notes due from developers by June 1
Menger-Anderson (technical writer) to work July 1-Aug 30 (6 weeks contract work)
Read documentation drafts prior to meeting
