- Multi-references for oringinal concepts
- Some oringinal concepts have more than one references, e.g., Acorus Linnaeus, Sp. Pl. 1:324. 1753; Gen. Pl. ed. 5, 151.
- Current version of TCS only supports one reference for each concept.

- Current effort on the RExpression actor, which allows one to add R scripts to a workflow in a manner similar to the Expression actor was essentially finished. Additional capabilities are probably desirable, but current implemetation is easy to use and lets one add R to workflows with a minimum of effort. Documentation has been created and is in the Docs/User folder.

- Currently working on fixing assorted bugs related to use of PTII/CVS version.

- Developed an algorithm for looking for referential relationships and use them propose condition where needed detected from context check.
- Replaced the old string matching algorithm with the new one based on adjacent pair comparison and adjusted the matching algorithm where affected by the change of the string matcher.
Current tasks / bugs
- Look at the data integration problem and sample data from Deana.
- Update SCIA GUI with functionalities for handling schemas with recursive references.
- Modify the OWL importer that imports only sub-class relationships, to support more including recursive references.
- Modify the algorithm for propagating the effect of user feedback to subtree nodes.
- Improve the mapping algorithm, using more constraint information.
- Improve the view generation algorithm, to be able to output view definition that conforms both target structure and constraints.
